The Switch Button on the Spray Head for My Kitchen or Prep Faucet Does Not Work

If the sprayhead for your faucet has become cracked or physically damaged, the sprayhead may need to be replaced.

Before replacing a spray head of your kitchen or prep faucet, use our self-assessment steps by activating our virtual assistant bot to help determine if your spray head is malfunctioning and requires replacing it; or if the issue does not relate to the spray head.

Also, be aware that some of the spray head requires pressing and holding the button to activate the spray function and release to switch back. It is a unique design and is not a defect to the spray head.

Contact our customer care team if you require any further assistance.
