If you notice water accumulate at the base of your pull-out kitchen faucet, look closely first to rule out leaking resulting from dripping at the handle base or from dripping or splashing at the pull-out spray head.
To test, dry all water accumulation first. Then wrap a paper towel around the faucet handle and pull out the spray head. Turn the faucet on and look closely if water accumulates again around the base of the faucet.
If the paper towel around the faucet handle is wet, water accumulation likely results from the leaking handle. See the article My Faucet is Leaking from the Handle and/or Dripping from the Spout.
If the paper towel around the faucet handle remains dry and no more water accumulates around the faucet base, the issue is likely coming from either water dripping down from the spray head or water splashing from the spray head. Verify as well if the spray head wand is tightly connected with the spray hose and no visible leaking from this area. See the article My Faucet Leaks Where the Spray Head Connects to the Spray Hose.
If water continues to accumulate at the faucet base, this may be the result of torn o-rings or a damaged faucet body. Contact our customer care team for any further assistance.
