My handle is broken or damaged.

If you have a single-handle faucet and your faucet handle closes on its own, the handle may simply become loose with time and use. Removing and re-tighten the faucet handle may resolve the issue. For further details, see the article When I turn my faucet on, the handle falls down and shuts off the water.

However, if the handle for your faucet is broken or physically damaged, the handle may need to be replaced.

Contact our customer care team if you require any further assistance.
