Some US states or green buildings may require a reduced flow rate faucet. An aerator with a reduced flow rate may be available for customization purposes. During a support call, one of our agents may need to identify the aerator flow rate corresponding to your faucet if your faucet has been identified as an eligible faucet of the customization program.
An available reduced flow rate aerator has no visible difference from its original flow rate counterpart, except the etching flow rate marked on the aerator. The etching flow rate marking can be either beside the flow opening or around the aerator shell.
