Some tub spouts feature a built-in diverter.

The diverter is not a replaceable part, however the tub spout is a replaceable part. The tub spout includes the diverter assembly.

If the built-in diverter for your tub/shower faucet needs to be replaced, the complete tub spout will need to be replaced.
