How do I Replace the Hose on My Pull-Out / Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet?

** The picture above is an example **

Before replacing any parts we recommend turning off all water connections.

1) Unscrew the pull-out spray head from your hose. Disconnect the spray hose brass adaptor or quick connect () and remove the weight or spring kit under the sink.

2) Take out the old hose, the best way to do this is to cut the old hose in half and pull one side out the top and the other out the bottom.

3) Push the new hose in through the top of the unit (the smaller end goes through the top first).

4) Follow the arrows as shown (photo showing which way to push in the hose).

** Depending on your model, there is a hose guide located on the bottom of the faucet. Pull the part down a little. By doing this, the hose will no longer hit the top of this part and thus hose will go through***

Then slide the spring over the hose, if you have a weighted hose,  reattach the weight and attach all the connectors you removed from the damaged hose.

Screw on your spray head, and adjust the spring loading system or weight to the desired tension.
